Tour Locations & Hours
For Prospective Students and Visitors:
Walking tours are offered almost every Monday - Friday. Please check the Tour Calendar for available times and to ensure that there is a tour offered on the day you wish to visit UC Irvine.
Participants will begin the tour PROMPTLY AT NOON in the Visitor Center (A138) in the UCI Student Center. The tour takes approximately one hour and tours are given rain or shine. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Large Group Tours (more than 10 people):
Walking tours for GROUPS can be scheduled for almost any weekday throughout the year. Group tours are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis, starting at 9am, 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, or 3pm. Generally, group tours begin at the flagpoles outside Aldrich Hall. Group tours require a reservation.
Self-Guided Tour:
If you cannot attend one of our guided tours, you are welcome to
download a self-guided tour. If the Student Center is open, the self-
guided tour begins at the Visitor Center (A138) across from the Student
Center Parking Structure. If the Student Center is closed, turn left when
you exit the parking structure and turn right when you reach the bookstore.
Turn left when you reach the Starbucks and begin the tour. Proceed to
your left and follow the map around the campus in a clockwise direction.
